The organization of their curriculum is done by modules and is developed through formative itineraries. CIEJA works in six shifts of two hours and thirty minutes each, which gives the students the flexibility of continuing school even if they find temporary jobs. The school is managed by the decisions made during the meetings in which everyday life and conflict solving rules are defined.
